2. Products & Pricing
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- Product images are for illustration purposes. Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.
3. Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order. An order is confirmed only after you receive an official confirmation email/WhatsApp from us. We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Payment
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible pincodes.
- We do not store your card or bank details.
- All transactions are in INR.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on lousy.in — including but not limited to logos, brand identity, product photography, copy, and design — is the exclusive property of Lousy and protected under applicable IP laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content without prior written permission.
6. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lousy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
